The moment we arrived at Warner Bros London headquarters we knew we were going to have an exciting time!!
We were greeted by a huge image of Harry Potter made from Lego and the house crests hanging above the reception desk - the children were already quite enchanted!
We entered a room with walls lined with flat screen TV's set up to demonstrate the latest in entertainment, gaming and online movie streaming. Knowhow, X-Box Live, The Sony Entertainment Network and Blinkbox - we may have said 'wow' and this wouldn't be the last time!
Master E made straight for Harry Potter on the X-Box Kinnect where he frantically waved his hands around defending us against dark forces and having a truly fantastic time. I couldn't drag him away so instead hopped along a couple of sofas to learn about Blinkbox.
Blinkbox had every Mum's ears twitching when they announced they were part of the Tesco empire so renting Films & TV with them can earn you clubcard points. Tesco isn't the only exciting feature of Blinkbox; their films can be viewed via just about any online device and include the most up to date titles I've seen on an online service. With rights to play HBO TV series they have some of the most popular TV shows available on their players.
After some time nattering with other bloggers, New Mum Online, My Son My Life My Way and Kiddy Charts; I had to drag myself away from the sandwiches and brownies to track down my children. Madam had Jerry Mouse painted on her arm by the very talented face-painting artist and was settled watching Looney Tunes which would be quite normal and every day except she'd found her own cinema to do it in wow..!
Lured by a bar lined with iPads I learnt all about UltraViolet which I must admit is quite the star of the show for me. It's so easy to sign up after a purchase of marked Blu-Rays and DVD's that include a UV code. This code is entered into your account giving you a digital copy of the film which can be streamed or downloaded anywhere on tablets, smartphones, PC's and more. Films are now protected from scratches, wear & tear, being used as coasters, frisbees and all the other normal family abuse.
More magic with the entertainer, meetings with the stars and we were quite entertainment overloaded but full of wonder and wows - thank you Warner Bros!
Now quite inspired by the huge Lego picture in reception we are working on a Lego Masterpiece of our own!! To celebrate the new Lego Movie, a 3D computer animated adventure opening nationwide on 28th February 2014, Warner Bros are running a competition for 5 family passes to Legoland. Start planning your creation and head over to www.lego-themovie.co.uk for more details.
Warner Bros invited us to attend and we took away a goodie bag but all views and wows are our own!

Wow indeed! You are so lucky to be in London now and to be able to take part in these things. That sounded like a great day and so nice for you to be able to take the children along for the fun too.
